Wish there was some magic words to take away the grief and make you feel better, but there is not. All you can do is cry and have people around you to cry with. There are alot of good people here, we will be here for you to cry with or shout at. X

Your grief is still so fresh and new, and the smallest things will set you off on random thoughts, it is part of the greiving process, a way of giving your brain a break.
